In 2006, Bret and Kristen Munselle, in partnership with parents, Bill and Reta Munselle, launched the limited production wine label, Munselle Vineyards, with our inaugural vintages of Wasson Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon and Coin Flip Ranch Chardonnay.

Today, Munselle Vineyards produces up to 1,000 cases annually of hand-crafted, award-winning wines to be enjoyed throughout the seasons.
Bret and Kristen count themselves fortunate to live and work in the beautiful Alexander Valley — just across the road from Bill and Reta, and among several family members, lifelong neighbors and friends. It’s a wonderful place to raise their four daughters and an ever-growing number of animals.
We’ve since expanded our wine offerings to include the Osborn Ranch Zinfandel, River Ranch Sauvignon Blanc, and the latest addition to our lineup—the Alexander Valley Rose’ of Zinfandel. This wine became the rose’-colored lining of an unfortunate situation, as local fires in 2020 filled the air with smoke during harvest time and left us searching for new avenues to use our grapes.
